After years working in the commercial vehicle and equipment industries, I saw an opportunity to approach recruiting differently — to go beyond the resume, understand the experience behind the title and create more relevant connections for companies and candidates.

My background is rooted in commercial vehicle sales and dealer development, with experience spanning Used Class 8, New Class 8, battery-electric (BEV) and hydrogen fuel-cell (H2) Class 8 trucks.
I've worked across traditional and emerging commercial vehicle markets, developing relationships with dealerships, fleets and industry stakeholders.
That experience shaped my understanding of what makes a successful commercial salesperson — and ultimately inspired Structive.
